Essential Duties:

  • Manage multiple survey crews and in-house survey staff (schedule, scope, budget)
  • Create/write proposals and bids
  • Responsible for safety coordination of survey department
  • Oversee ordering and maintenance of survey supplies and equipment
  • Responsible for quality control of survey deliverables
  • Oversee and participate in training of office and field staff
  • Create and maintain relationships with the internal project managers to determine organizational capacity and resource allocation needs, ensuring responsive, cost effective and quality delivery of services and partner with them to help assist in the promotion of survey opportunities to their clients

Requirements:

  • Professional registration in PA, WV, or OH
  • Five years of management experience
  • Ten years surveying experience
  • Two year degree in either Civil Engineering or Surveying (4 year preferred)
