Pure Accident….Three days after I graduated from college I went to a recruiting firm to be placed and they hired me.  That was 25 years ago.  What keeps me in it is the absolute fascination and respect that I have for manufacturing and construction.  I also find the challenges posed by working in an industry where you are connecting people together are countless and immensely interesting.  I wouldn’t trade my profession for any other.

Reasons as to why you like working for AllTek:

AllTek affords me all of the freedom to create any deal that makes sense for a client.  With that kind of latitude, we can stay focused on the needs of our clients and our candidates and we are never hampered by stringent policy or rigid practices that are self-serving.  When we do right by the client, we succeed.  Its that simple!

Stuff I do when I'm not working here:

I stay very physically active every day.  I love to support animal causes and I consider myself a most avid Pittsburgh sports fan.

I have to be honest, I initially got into the industry for the paycheck.  This is the only business where you can control your salary. Immediately after starting in this business and helping that first person advance their career, I was hooked.  Helping people advance their career is a great feeling.

I enjoy our company because I work with a staff of people who take great pride in what they do.

I spend time with my husband and my two boys.
